This cord is awesome! I got it so I could charge my phone up in my loft bed at college and it worked perfectly, it was even longer than I needed and is super sturdy. The metal finish has worn away a bit but considering how long I’ve had it and how durable it is I’m still giving it 5 stars. The reinforced cable is wayyy better than the og apple lightning charger

Go with the 10FT length! Youâll thank me later. Gone are the days of being glued to the wall or power source while charging your iPhone because of a 3-6FT cable. I went with the white color option which looks really sleek / modern next to the chrome tip accents.Charging Power: Recommend at a minimum a 20W USB-C wall power adapter to allow iPhones to quick charge. (Cable supports power delivery so you just need to ensure itâs getting enough juice from its power supply)âAnkerâ has a budget friendly 20W usb-c adapter (white or black color options) or you can splurge and buy the 20W adapter directly from Apple (white color option only) which is far more durable and better build quality – the few extra bucks youâre spending on Appleâs will ensure longevity and some future proofing. (I own both options & side by side, thereâs a clear winner – but to each their own)Either way, cable works just fine with Ankerâs or Appleâs adapter and didnât experience any connectivity delays or lightning port errors.I also tested the charging cable in my PS5âs built in USB-C port and cable works just fine! Down side – you do not get the quick charge capabilities from PS5âs port but can save you monies by not needing to buy a wall plug since the PS5 works well and itâs convenient)I know I know⦠a charger is a charger but I do get compliments all the time when a friend needs to borrow my charging cable – They love the sleek chrome /white accents and are in AWE when they get a taste of that 10FT cable life.Durability / Sturdiness: Can you get more durable / thick / expensive cables that last longer when it comes to bends – sure you can. But in this instance, I went with design over function and have no regrets. 🙂 cable is thick enough where it does not feel like itâs going to fall apart or break from being stepped on / thrown around.From my own experience – Even the premium Anker Powerline II cables (which is what I usually purchase) gave up on me from normal day to day use and abuse.Hope this helps! 🙂
