Misleading warranty info
Itâs been less than 2 years since purchase and there is an error, unable to use. When I call the service center they tell me that there is no 10 year warranty, there is just a 1 year warranty. I had a Bajaj oven for 5 years with zero issues, very disappointed with Samsung.

Good product, value for money. No other company will give 28 liters microwave in this price.Demo was given on next day. It was open box inspection. Samsung’s executive was polite and help us understood functions.Quality is excellent, it has many modes to cook. Easy to use, booklet is also given for help. Predefined modes are also there for common food items.
