Received the package in very good condition.The chimney has been installed the next day itself. Elicia has got good support team whip helped me to schedule the installation as per my preferred time.The technician was well equipped and did the installation swiftly. He gave a perfect demo with hands on cleaning guidance.I have done one round of cooking on this and the chimney is working efficiently. All controls and hand gestures are working.
