Blender not working – Worst product support
The service engineer who came for demonstration saw it is not functioning. He came for demo after the return date was crossed. So, I cannot return anyway.Its been more than 10 days but till date no response or replacement. The customer care service is useless. TN2906240054 was created when we called but cancelled immediately.

Soup Maker is really wonderful. No issues. However, the body of the soup maker that remains immersed in the soup (liquid- primarily tomatoes) gets stained which do not go away even when washed with liquid detergent.Please advise how to remove the stains and keep the body clean/stain free.

This is a great one stop soup maker. Very easy to use, chop the ingredients, add stock leave and the soup is made. The plug wasnât Australian so I had to buy a converter plug.
