Comfortable and Ergonomic
Using 12 hrs a day daily since last 1 month. So far everything is good. Delivered on time, installed quickly (had to call company to schedule installation, donât expect auto installation), quality of product if top notch. Really comfortable and wheels work like a charm. No back or neck pain while or after working.

Good ergonomic chair under this price. Easy to assemble and de-assemble. Wheels are smooth. Only issue i felt is with quality of hand rests.. that also doesnât impact too much..! Happy with the product and suggest to go for it.

I have been using the chair for a month and found the comfort satisfactory. Chair’s quality is better than the product available in local market. And since I assembled it and later I did not feel the need for the hand rests, I took it off, easy to assemble and disassemble.

Worth buying without a worry. Have used it for a month. Sturdy enough and comfortable too, worth its price. Tilt and stop in 2 stages.. not many chairs give you that option.

Late Installation Service after 4 days of Delivery
The main issue I faced is installation support. At amazon it’s mentioned as company installation expert will come and do the needful. However, we have to call to The Sleep company Customer Support after product delivery and these guys denied installation support and said it’s self installable product. After multiple calls and E-mails they came to install the product but after 4th day of delivery. Considering product quality and service its bit expensive. Seat foam quality is excellent. However, I am not sure about the plastic quality as I just started using it. Their installation guide is also a zerox not a proper manual.
