Disappointing Purchase and Poor Customer Service Experience with Amazon
I recently purchased a wooden bed from Amazon, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The bed arrived with very cheap quality materials also damaged parts, not at all reflecting the promised standards. Upon realizing this, I immediately contacted Amazon’s customer care to arrange for a return and pickup. However, the ordeal began from there.Despite numerous calls â I lost count after a hundred â Amazon’s customer service failed to arrange for the pickup of the bed. It’s been a frustrating eight days of waiting, and still, there’s been no resolution in sight.The lack of concern and inefficiency in handling the situation by Amazon’s customer service team only exacerbated the disappointment. This experience has certainly left me questioning the quality of products and the reliability of customer support provided by Amazon. I would caution anyone considering a similar purchase to think twice and explore other options.

Amazon is just trying to make money and they have nothing in the name if after sales services. This is supposed to be a makeshift item and Amazon has no provision to provide de-installation and re-installation services in case someone is shifting and so this product is nothing but a useless item. Better but from HomeTown or Lifestyle since they provide all services related to the type of product.
