Ich bin schon ein sehr Audioaffiner Typ und habe sowohl ein mid/high end Soundsystem mit Lautsprechern, guten Kopfhörern, Verstärkern und DACs, da mir aber beim normalen Arbeiten/Zocken die Kopfhörer zu warm/unangenehm schwer sind, habe ich zunächst einen high end in ear Kopfhörer gekauft, dieser hat jedoch zu sehr im Ohr gedrückt und so bin ich dann bei den EarPods von Apple gelandet, die ich vorher bereits mit Lighning Anschluss von meinem Iphone hatte.VerpackungsmäÃig ist es wie von Apple gewohnt eine tolle Auspackerfahrung, ansonsten wirken die Earpods etwas wertiger als ich es bei einem Kunststoff-Inear erwarten würde. Die Earpods sind etwas über 1,1m lang.Klangtechnisch sind die Earpods in der untersten Mittelklasse angesiedelt, der Klang ist frequenztechnisch sehr ausgewogen, im Vergleich zum ewigen Referenzkopfhörer, den Sennheiser hd650 ist der Sound deutlich näher am Hörer dran. Die Höhen bieten überraschend gutes Detail, sind aber etwas stärker ausgeprägt als der hd650 und damit etwas über âausgewogenâ, aber keineswegs schrill oder unangenehm. Die Mitten sind leider nicht ganz so detailiert, so kann man die details in einer Gesangsstimme nicht so gut heraushören und der Gesang klingt psychoakkustisch sehr nah am Ohr, meiner Meinung nach sind die Mitten die einzige klare Schwäche der Earpods im Vergleich zu den Hd650. Die Tiefen sind ziemlich gut für einen In ear, man hört viel Detail im Bass, auch wenn der Bass nicht so âwumsâ hat wie bei den Hd650 ist trotzdem mehr detail hörbar, hier muss man aber zu sagen dass das auch die Schwäche der hd650 ist.Psychoakkustisch haben die Ear pods ein sehr gutes Imaging, für den Preis auf jeden Fall stark überdurchschnittlich. Die Soundstage ist dagegen leider wie für In ears üblich nicht besonders weit.Nun zum Grund warum ich die Earpods im Alltag zu den Hd650 bevorzuge: der Tragekomfort. Die Hd650 sind zwar so ziemlich die offensten und bequemsten Kopfhörer die ich je probiert habe (unter den 3 besten), aber nichts konnte bisher die Ear pods schlagen. Diese sitzen wegen nicht im Gehörkanal wie bei gängigen In Ears und drücken somit auch nicht, sondern sie sind auch sogar noch leichter als meine hifi inears und damit fast nicht spürbar.Warum nutze ich dann nicht meine Lautsprecher? Der Sound von den Earpods ist für meine Mitbewohner nicht hörbar, daher nutze ich diese bevorzugt.Es gibt einen Grund warum man auch so einige Pro Gamer im Alltag mit In ears zocken sieht, die sind einfach nicht so viel schlechter als hifi kopfhörer für gaming (als gaming kopfhörer verkaufte kopfhörer sind meiner Erfahrung nach um einiges schlechter für Gaming und besonders fürs Musik hören als fast alle Sennheiser, Hifiman oder Beyerdynamic Kopfhörer die ich bisher probieren durfte). Der Tragekomfort ist dabei so gut wie er nur werden kann. Warum also keine Airpods? delay und akkulaufzeit. Die Earpods kann ich den ganzen Tag tragen von Arbeit bis Uni und Zocken am Abend und ich muss sie weder absetzen noch laden.Fazit: Für jeden der günstige, klanglich sehr solide In ears mit maximalem Tragekomfort haben möchte sind die Earpods mit abstand meine Empfehlung. Einziges Manko ist die Kabellänge, ich mag keine Verlängerungskabel und die Earpods sind von meinem Verstärker bis zu meiner Sitzposition gerade lang genug dass sie nicht stören, wenn ich mich aber mal mit füÃen auf dem Tisch entspannt hinlegen will, sind sie aber ein wenig zu kurz. Da die Preis/Leistung allerdings nahezu perfekt ist, werde ich mir noch ein weiteres Paar holen, falls die mal nicht mehr verkauft werden oder mein jetztiges Paar kaputt geht. Sie ersetzen immerhin meine hifi Kopfhörer und das mag schon was heiÃen!!!
