The cabinets come fully assembled. Only the glass needs to be attached which is done immediately by the person delivering.Ordered two and it’s such good storage for my kitchen.

Pathetic experience!
Pathetic experience with Amazon with the product. A defective product was delivered. I made a complaint within 24 hours & was promised an exchange.Then some agent comes to pick up the product in two days, post inspection of the product the agent says there is no space in the tempo & refused pick up .Again next day an agent comes to pick up the product post inspection he says he dsnt have packing material, pick up refused again ! Third day I get a sms with pick up phone number details for the agent .when I call that number the agent says he is not associated with amazon for three months now. So far Amazon has been making promises that it will be resolved. They expect one should leave all work & wait patiently for eternity to get issues resolved. For now I have requested for the product be picked & returned.. No update from Amazon yet.PS – pics attached .. colour of the top cabin is different from the lower racks. There are straches on the glass.Edit- the product was finally picked up after thousands of follow up & refund was issued . However at the time of pick up, agents tried to convince me to retain the product & they ll make changes if needed . I obviously refused given the experience so far!
