 We have been using this chimney for last 3 years and I am very satisfied with the performance. Auto clean option can be used once in a month and recommend to give for the service to hindware once in a year.

Bit noisy
Quality is nice and motion detection works perfectly it’s been almost 3 months I am using it till now no issues. The noise is bit higher when you use in top mode.

Fake promises
Technician asked to reinstall the chimney to a lesser height as the suction power has decreased. I purchased the chimney on 7th Jan 2021. For almost 3 years it worked fine at that height. And suddenly it stopped. Really? The motor is faulty. But as the motor warranty is 10 years, Hindware is unwilling to replace it. Thus the excuse of height. Hindware after sale service is worst. Company gives false promises. Actually I didn’t take AMC. Company doesn’t give service to those people from whom they can’t benefit. Anyways, will change Chimney but never Hindware again. And will discourage others also. Best of luck.

Product is awesome but disappointed with installation service of the product.
I am satisfied overall quality of the product. The noise level of the product littel bit high as i expected, suction power of the produt is well enough and the motijn detection of the product is excellent.I am disappointed with the service engineer of the hindware which come for installation. He said that you have to make hole from the outsider for exhaust pipe of the chimney. We have to came only for hanging the product and update the detail for the warranty of the product.

A very good product as claimed in their brochure. Noise level is really very controlled and moderate.Suction power is excellant. So far motion detection is concerned it really works very well.Your installation tech. is not skilled didn’t know about its height to be from gas stove. He installed at 38″ which may cause perfect suction area.You are requested to review it and arrange to rectify the same. As I came to know that it should be at 28to 32″.Pl. look into the matter.

Hindware services at the rural areas are absolutely worst. On top of this, service engineer will loot you almost more than double what was mentioned in the amazon. I booked this product looking at the amazon reviews. But, after buying this product to set this up, I waited for more than 10 -15 days to have the service engineer to set it up. Even I couldn’t cancel the order also as the engineer was keep saying his availability is today, tomorrow, and so on. Totally frustrated with the Hindware product services. Services engineer play the drama as if they are Hindware owner. I wish I would have complained with the hindware care center!!
