Awesome product in this price in compare with other brand
I am a student and I suffered from back pain due so long sitting but after so many research I purchased this chair and it delivered on time and assembly is quite easy also the seller helps a lot for assembling this product and resolve my doubt and now I feel very comfortable with that back and headrest support is very nice and also my body takes time to adopt this posture but after that I feel my back pain is decreased after using it one weekQuality of this product is nice as it has metal base and other parts are of best quality in this priceGo for it.

Taller than described, arrived broken
1. Lumbar support was broken because it was made of cheap plastic, cannot adjust it anymore and it falls out.2. Metal edges on the base are very sharp. Looks cheap, careful not to cut yourself.3. Instructions were for a different chair but easy enough to figure out how to put it together.4. Some of the holes were drilled in the wrong place and do not line up properly, as a result 2 bolts will not fit in.5. The lowest setting on the chair is very high and my feet do not touch the ground comfortably.(I am 5â2â tall)Summary, because it arrived broken and will not lower enough I do not recommend this chair. All of my other complaints are acceptable because of the low price.

Comfortable and with good quality
The chair is really comfortable. And can even take a quick nap by leaning back as the headrest is also comfortable. I did not find any installation note along with the package, hence had to contact amazon customer service and they provided me with manufacturer’s number. And that person was really helpful, they provided me with a video of the installation which was very easy to follow.

1. Some metal parts are of substandard quality , bolt holes not matching, poor finish2. Customer service about the reclining knob :”May be you need a strong man to turn it”3. Customer service about the lumbar support knob . “Turn carefully. It breaks easily”without the above it would be a good chair. Since it was a gift for a friend, I am somewhat disappointed.

Not worth the money
The product delivery is okay. When we tried to fix the chair, there are holes to fix the screw, but those holes are not in proper alignment. Because of that we couldn’t fix one screw. And after few days, we can feel the bottom iron stand while sitting on the chair.
