When you charge then neckband is power off and magnetic charge is not working

Sound quality is no doubt very good. But it has got a few problems.1) battery life is very bad. Hardly I get 4hr of backup.2) you can’t wear it for longer duration, feel pain in ear. Even in 10-20 of using you will feel pain.Got it for free with iqoo neo 7 (27k)You may buy it for lesser than 1k. If above this, they stay away from it.
