Itâs really good
I loved it. Perfect ice cubes in minutes. No headache of freezing water in ice cube trays. The ice cubes are a perfect size. They have two sizes. Very easy to use no hassle. Donât even have to keep checking. The indicators tell you.

Great Product just what they promise
 The product is great. It looks good and has a compact size. It makes large size ice in about 9 minutes. It came with an ice scoop which is just the right size. The ice itself is soft. The large ice cubes are not very big but a sufficient size. I expected them to be bigger. The ice made when the units just starts are thinner than the ones that are made after a few batches. I expect this is due to the time taken for the ice maker to cool sufficiently. This is not a big issue but a person should be aware of this. I have not tried the small size, so I cannot comment on it. The water is stored below the ice basket where the ice collects.A thing that surprised me was that it does not produce as much heat as I expected. However it does produce some heat from the right side. Therefore please select the placement of the ice maker appropriately.Overall, I love the product and would happily recommend it to others. P.S. It is especially handy during summers.

Stopped working – long term review
The product is good until it works, mine stopped in 6 months of usage. Bought it in December used it sparingly because of the winter months, but when summer arrived started using it continuously. Because of the outside temperature above 40°C, the ice itself was pretty thin. So understood that this product itself required cooler temperatures to get optimum output.Then 6 months in the product just stopped. To add the self cleaning is just written, it is nowhere self cleaning, collected grime and turned yellow and sticky in the inside. It needs cleaning quarterly basis. I used RO water only.

The product looks delicate but when we use it, it stands on the expectations of the user. Average ice making time is 10-13 mins but I guess it is fine. The ice keeps thickening after first 2-3 batches.
