I like how this air fryer uses no oil method and yet makes such crispy and yummy dishes in no time. It is good in looks and also functions. It retains the nutrients of the food and proteins as well without alteration in taste. You can use it to make papad, fryums, pizza, chicken, fish and what not. Just name it and you can make it in this device. A good product added to my counter top which helps me in my cooking.

Its an awesome gadget for health conscious people. It comes with a plastic body but the built is good…I made my first batch of fries and happy to see the result.. The fries were crispy and not at all oily with no compromise in the taste.. The functioning is easy but a manual would have been a great help.. There are many videos on Youtube about operating this air fryer which helped a lot…overall a great product…worth every penny spent ð

Defective product supplied and refused to take back. Bajaj Electricals Cust service pathetic
I purchased on 9th October and replacement window closed on 19th Oct. Due to outstation trip I could open the box to use the Morphy Richards air fryer after 20th Oct only when the company appointed Demo technician opened the box… then he told that the product display is defective and Air fryer machine will not stop with button. Pull the plug out everytime. It was such a faulty brand new product… but he refused to take that to service center for replacement or repair. Then I contacted customer care of Bajaj electricals who service Morphy richards brand but they are slow and non responsive… forced me to bring the product to service center which is about 35 kms away from my place. But no receipt given for the product left with them… neither any timeline when will it be done fine. Tehy even don;t know if it will be repaired or replaced… such a headache with this brand of Morphy Richards and its careless insensible customer service process. As of now, we customers only have to suffer… and this UK brand will enjoy some kind of free business in India without any responsible after sales process with no on-site service. Pathetic… that’s the story and all buyers should consider it and avoid if you have any alternative brand to buy. Team Morphy richards in India is not good enough and will make you run and harrass you unnecessrily.
