Good mixer grinder
Writing this review after 3 months of using this mixer grinder. Medium and small jar working good but the big jar’s coupler was damaged. I used that jar almost everyday to make smoothies. Called preethi’s service centre and within 3 hours they sent someone to repair it. Had to pay travelling fee of â¹150 but it was ok as I live in nowhere. Excellent customer service. He also told me to use the jar with pulse settings instead of normal 1.2.3.First I mailed them. No response so I calling them. Calling was easy and action was taken instantly.Mixy is very powerful and strong.

Blue leaf model is the most successful model from Preethi and still now holding the same quality and service. The life time free service from Preethi is appreciated.The 3 Suction cups holds the mixer steady will operating and removing jars.Small, medium and larger jars, we use all three are frequently and these 3 jars is more than enough and also this extra volume reducer cap helps in times.As we are a family of two, we used to grind batter in mixer, and it comes very well.You can go with this without any doubts. This mixer is highly durable.Only cons is the heavy noise when compared with other mixers.

The mixer is working fine.But it is too noisy.And need to keep repairing the jars periodically (Either the bush or the copper piece at the bottom to prevent leaking)

Cheating ,Money waste, product not working
Bad product, tomato and onion is not grinding,no return, customer care telling,we have to take to service centre,July 2nd bought, today 6th,only 4 days are between days,in return they have mentioned upto 9th,but when we complaint , telling no return or pickup…so we can clearly understand cheating (why they are mentioning return date and not working according to that) kindly buy some other brands to save money.

Compromised on quality
Over all mixer is good. Jars handles are not so strong. The lid of the small chutney jar broke while grinding, within two months. Got a lid from the near hy shop.

I bought this product in UK. It is working nice as of now. The blue light is not working. I tried to register this product using given link by Preethi – producers of Preethi. But there is no email reply / SMS reply whatsoever as an acknowledgment message from Preethi. When I contacted Preethi support group over email, they said me to contact the seller in UK. Hence, contacting you to get a registered copy of Preethi mixie.thanks’ in advance

We still have to pay tax of 51 euros during the delivery of the product. Which is no where specified. And you also need an adaptor for using it in Germany.
