Charger was not working
Charger was not working, when I complaint they offered to send a technician, Technician contacted me on the mobile and did inspection. Not sure why, they should have come in personally. Anyway, technician told me to change the charger in service centre. I had to wait in line for 3 hrs to change it which not at all good.Why do we have to adjust when it was completely vendor’s fault
