Bad service
We ordered this OTG for commercial use . At first it going good but after 2 months it’s not working when we complaint for service they are too late and when they come they also come with a wrong product.We are suffering so much for this kind of service we can’t serve food to our customers which creates huge loss to our business. I am very unhappy with there service. Please don’t buy this OTG for commercial use.

No control on Heating Rods/heating temperature
I got the deal at very low price but I still have problem. Baking etc needs alot of temp changes but in this oven you cannot control the temperature. It has fixed preset menus, once you press the menu, you will not be able to change the temperature Or even which rod/heating element you would like to use.If your cookies turned little white and you want that brown color for crispiness you can’t do it. Best is to go with manual oven which gives you more control and you can experiment things.

 OTG is easy to clean, it has crumb tray too. Weight less, good quality, value for money, chamber light was working good, OTG was delivered in a good condition. OTG is working properly. This OTG serves for a small family within 5 or 6 members. It holds around 7 inch tins for baking.
