    We received a defective product, with one side leaning and the other side straight. Both seller and Amazon refused to arrange a return pickup, stating that it was our job to repack the item and arrange to send it back to the seller cross-country. Utterly ridiculous as 1. Defects are not the customer’s responsibility and 2. Most courier services won’t even deal with items this large and heavy. So, spend your money at your own risk—it could be fine if you receive a decent product, but if not you will have wasted your money and be left on your own.

    Ample space, looks good but comfort level is very low. The sitting cushion is hard. I am not sure whether it is Sal or not.
